Flexible Team Share
Create collaborative teams, manage access, and automate sharing — all within the Salesforce platform.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”Automatic Record Sharing
Team members automatically receive appropriate access. Share records are created, updated, and removed automatically.
Role-Based Access
Owner, Manager, and User roles with distinct permissions. Managers can add/edit/remove team members.
Temporary Assignments
Time-limited team memberships with automatic cleanup. Set an end date and expired members are removed automatically.
Supported Objects
Section titled “Supported Objects”- Standard Objects: Account, Contact, Case, Lead, Opportunity, Campaign, Order
- Custom Objects: Any custom object with Private or Public Read Only OWD
Quick Start
Section titled “Quick Start”- Install the package from AppExchange
- Assign permission sets (FTS_App_Access for admins, FTS_Data_Access for users)
- Configure objects via the Configuration Wizard
- Add the Team Member component to record pages
